x's and O's

It is written assuming you have a basic knowledge of PSP and its tools.

Supplies:
I used Eyecandy 4000 grad glow
~ fat Font of choice, I used Fatso
~Mask that I used
(If this is yours please let me know and I will give you credit or take it down):

~Tube of choice,I am using art by Olivia (She used to be at CILM
Not sure where she is now.)
~Scrap kit of choice or the one I used:
by Sinful Jades Creations it is called:Sweet heart.
I am not sure if you can still get this kit.
I looked for her blog and its not active anymore.
Any kit should work.

Ok......Ready?
1. Open a new image 600x600 White.
2.Grab your text tool and find your chosen font I used one
called Fatso. Line width set to 5. F/g color a dark color of choice and the background null.Type your name. Convert to raster.
3.Click inside each letter, modify expand x 3 and paste a paper of choice as a new layer. invert selections and make sure your paper layer is the active layer and hit delete on your key board to get rid of all the excess paper.
4.Now make your name outline the active layer and duplicate it,Drag the duplicated layer below the paper layer.On the top layer (name outline) apply eyecandy 4000 grad. glow with these settings

and the basic tab:5.Now give the layer this drop shadow:
6.Now we will work on the duplicated name layer,go to eyecandy impact and choose the extrude filter with these settings:
7.you can use a texture effect on this layer if desired.I used penta color dot with these settings:
8.Now go back to the top name outline, click on, only the outline with your magic wand
Once all the letters outilines are seleted go to effectes, texture effects and choose a texture of your choic,I used these settings:Repeat this step and then go to edge effects and enhanceSelect none.
9.Add your tube and © and watermark.I applied this drop shadow
to the tube and the elements in my tag:
10. make the bottom white layer the active layer and paste your paper layer again as a new layer.Apply your mask and merge group.
11. Apply the elements of choice, and the same drop shadow as used in step 9 or your choice of shadow12.
Hide the bottom white layer and save as a png.

Bright Bubbles

Supplies Needed:~Tube of choice I used Ishmael Rac 
You must purchase a license to use this tube. You
may purchase one at xeracx Store.

~Font of choice
~DBS Flux Bubbles (optional)
~And a mask of choice.I used this one:


Ok......Ready?


1. Open a new image 600x600 ~transparent.
Flood fill it with a dark color of choice.

2.Add a new Raster layer.Flood Fill it with the same color only a medium shade.


3.Add another one and fill it with a light shade of the same color.

4.Make the top layer the active layer.Load your mask, and merge group.

5 make the middle layer active, load the same mask,
Merge group and rotate it to the right 20 degrees.

6.Make the bottom layer active and load the mask again,
merge group. and this time rotate it by 45 degrees to the right.

7. Go back to the top mask layer, and select all, selections float then selections defloat, go to effects, DBSFlux Bubbles with the default settings.select none, repeat this on the other two mask layers. (If you ont have BS Flux, just use a texture you like)

8.With your preset shapes tool,set to rounded Rectangle.Your foreground color black,background null.Stroke width set at 2,draw a rectangle,a little smaller than the mask layers.Convert it to Raster,Grab your magic wand and click inside the rectangle, expand your selection by 1 pixel,
add a new raster layer, and drag it below your rectangle. Fill the selection on the new layer with a bright color.

9.With the preset shapes and the same settings as before. draw a long, skinny rectangle, position to the side of the big rectangle, duplicate it, mirror and flip the duplicate
position all three in the middle of the mask layers, (Refer to my tag)

10Add your tube, and a drop shadow, drag it under the large rectangle, use your selecction tool to select the part you want to delete, and hit delete on your keyboard, I also had to use the eraser tool to erase the corners.

11.Add your copywright and watermark now

12.Grab you text tool, and a scripty type font
and add your text along with your favorite effects.
Add your name i used the same font just reversed the colors.


13.If you added a white background delete it before saving it as png.

Supplies Needed:
~Tube of choice I used A poser by Sly, isnt she cute?!?!?!?!!!
~Font of choice
~Mura Miester-copies
~A doodle and a flower (opyional) from a scrap kit
~And a mask of choice.I used this one:
Ok......Ready?
1. Open a new image 500x500 ~transparent.Flood fill it with a dark color of choice.
2.Load your msk and merge group.
3.Paste your doodle, resize it as desired, Duplicate, mirror and flip it.
4.Paste your flower,as a new layer on top of your doodle, or use your preset shapes tool to draw a shape, instead of using a flower.Duplicate it, mirror and flip it, position the doodles and shapes as desired.
5.Grab your preset shapes toolset to rectangle, f/g white, b/g set to black, stroke width set at 2.Draw a large square in the middle of your canvas.Duplicate it and resize it by 85%. Position it in the middle of Grab your magic wand and cick inside the smaller rectangle, expand you selection x 1 and fill it with a color to match your tag. Select none, merge down.Rotate it to te right
by 20 degrees.
6.Draw another rectangle(This will be the bottom rectangle.)repeat the steps above.
7.grab your magic wand and selec the inside color of one of your rectangles and apply a texture effect of your choice. I applied blinds with these settings:
8.Repeat the texture effect on the other rectangle.
9.Type "Lil' Angel. b/g black, f/g null. apply it, position it in the bottom rectangle, duplicate it and position it beside the first text layer, refer to my tag.
10.Convert those layers to raster and merge them down when you are happy with the placement of them.
11.Now type "I'm a lil' angel" very small and go to Mura Miester-copies and apply the line setting.
then go back to the same filter only use these settings:
12.Make the large rectangle your active lyer,grab your magic wand and click outside of the rectangle. ow make the tiled layer the activr layer,
Hit delete on your keyboard to get rid of the words that are outside the rectangle.
13.Paste your tube and add a drop shadow of choice.Here are my settings:
14.Add your Copywright info and watermark now.
15.Type your name, in a scripty font. b/g black, f/g null. Convert to raster.Add a white grad glow,
and then the same drop shadow from before.
16.Resize all layers by 75%
17. If you added a white background delete it before saving it as a png.

Ok......Ready?

1.Open The template and shift D to duplicate it.Close the original.Delete the top layer, the one with the copywright info.

2.Add a new raster layer, and fill it with a paper, or a color to match your tube.Load the mask

and merge group.Use your deform tool to stretch the mask to the edges of your canvas but be sure not to cut off any of the edges of the mask.

3.Make the frames layer the active layer. With your magic wand click inside the first frame, you will have to click more than once to select all of it. Expand the selection x 2. Paste one of the papers invert selection and hit delete on the keyboard.

4.Select none.Repeat on the rest of the frames.

5.paste your tubes as new layers. repeat the above steps to put the faces inside the frames.

6.Merge down the hanging ropes with the frames, colorize them my settings were:Hue 19 and sat 126.

7.Add a black border 2 pixels, add a white border also 2 pixels. Add another border 10 pixels and make a light color to match your tag.Add another white border 2 pixels and another black border 2 pixels.

8.grab your magic wand and click inside the colored border, go to effects, reflection effects and apply kaleidoscope:
Keep it selected and add an inner bevel:

9.Keep it slected and add noise:


10. Repeat the inner bevel. Add this drop shadow:


11.Select none. Resize your tag, make sure all layers is checked
I resized mine so the width was 500 pixels.

12. Add the Copywright and Watermark, Type your name and apply the same drop shadow as before.

13. Save it as a jpeg.

Ok now were ready to start
1.Open a new image 600x600 transparent.
2.Open a bow of choice, If your using the same kit as me I used bow 03.
Resize it x 35% twice and sharpen it once.Copy and paste it as a new layer.
3.Go to effects Muras Meister copies use the settings shown on screen shot #1.
4.Now go back to effects and apply eye candy 4000 HSB noise with settings shown in screen shot #2.
5.Open a tag of choice i used tag 02. Resize it x 35% once and then again x 75%once and then sharpen it once. Copy and paste it as a new layer on top of the bow layer.I fliped it, also.Position it as desired.
6.Open a string or curly ribbon of choice.I used Glitter string 04. Resize it x 35% twice and sharpen it once.Copy and paste it below the tag layer, duplicate it and mirror it position as desired and duplicate again.
7.Open the three mushrooms. Resize them each x 35% once and then resize them again x 75%. Copy and paste them as new layers on top of the bow layer. Resize and position them till you are happy with them.Then duplicate each and mirror and position them as desired.
8.Open paper of choice. I used paper01. Resize it x 35% and copy it
go back to your image and add a new layer drag it to the bottom.Select all and paste the paper into selection. Open your mask and load it with the setttings in screen shot #3.
9.Add another layer and drag it to the bottom.Open another paper of choice I used paper 38. Resize it X 35% and back on your tag select all and paste into selection.Select none.
10.Grab your freehand selection tool and draw around the circle on the bow layer,(Screen shot 4) activate the mask layer and hit delete on your keyboard.
11.Now activate the bow layer and grab your preset shapes tool set to circle.Background null and foreground set to black.Line width set to1.
12.Add a drop shadow to each layer,I used the settings shown in screen shot #5.
13.Add a new layer and move it to the top.Select all and fill it with a color of choice.Go to selections and modify contract the selection by 5.Hit dekete on your keyboard.
14.Open both tubes.Paste one below the bow layer so the face is showing through the circle in the bow layer.Set the blend mode to luminance(l)
Use your eraser tool to erase all the tube thats outside the bow layer.
15.Activate the top layer and paste the second tube as a new layer.Add the same drop shadow as before.Position as desired.
16.Add copywright.Add my word art or one of your choice.
17.Open the font and type your name.Rotate it (Screen shot #6)
Repeat the rotate.Depending on the size of the name you may have to use the deform tool.Position the name on the rectangle tag or wherever you would like.Add any text effects you desire.
Save as a JPEG.

I used 2 fonts also
I used Copperplate Gothic Bold and a scripty font called Cherish.
You will also need Eye Candy 4000 Gradient glow (Optional)

Ok Ready?
 
1.Open the Mat bracket and shift+D to duplicate.Close the original. Resize it by 25% once and then to 600 pixels by 600 pixels.Both times make sure all layers is checked.Now resize it again, this time uncheck all layers and resize it by 75%.
2. Go to image -free rotate- and rotate it to the right by 25%.
3.Add a gradient glow using the settings shown in ss1,and 2. If you do't have eye candy just use a drop shadow with the color white.
4.Now add a drop shadow of choice or the ones shown in ss3.
5.Open the frame window. Shift + D to duplicate and close the original.
Resize it by 35% and then again by 45%.
6.Rotate it to the left by 18. Copy and paste it onto your tag image above the mat layer.
7.Open 4 papers of choice and shift + d to duplicate each and close the originals. Resize each paper to 500 pixels.
8.Go back to your tag and grab your magic wand and click inside one of the squares.Expand the selection by 5.
9.Add a new layer and drag it beneath your frame layer.Copy one of the papers and paste it into selection.Repeat this step until all four squares are filled with a paper.
10.Repeat step 9 with 4 of your tubes.First  resize them as desired before you paste them.And invert the selection and hit delete on your keyboard.
11.Add the same drop shadow to each tube.
12.Once each square is filled with a paper and tube, select none and add the same drop shadow to the frame layer.Hide all layers except your frame and the paper layers and tube layers and merge visible.
13. Duplicate the merged layer twice and arrange them as desired.
Refer to my tag for placement if needed.
14. Position the mat and frame layer as desired.
15.Open the star doodle and shift + d to duplicate. and close the original.
Resize  it by 25% once.Copy and paste it as a new layer. between the mat and frame.
16. Use the same gradient glow and drop shadow as before.
17. Open three flowers of choice and shift + d to duplicate each
close the originals. Resize each flower as desired. I started by resizing them each by 25%. And then copied and pasted them as new layers on top of the frame layer.And then continued resizing them till i was happy with them.
Make each flower a different size..
18.Position each of the three flowers in the bottom left corner of the
frame.give each one a drop shadow.and position them as desired.
19. Duplicate each flower and position them in the top right corner of the mat. Resize each one by 85%. When your happy with the clusters merge down each flower into the two clusters to make it easier to move them.
20. Now open one of the frames and shift + d to duplicate and close the original. Resize it as desired. Copy and paste it on top of your frame layer.
21.Add the gradient glow and drop shadow as before.
22.Open another tube, resize it as desired. Copy and paste it as a new layer. Add the same gradient glow and shadow. Position the tube as desired.
23.Add your © now.
24.Grab your text tool and type your text.
I typed "I love you this much!"I used two fonts for it.
Get creative!I used a gradient glow on the word "Love"
And when I had the text like I wanted it I add the same gradient glow twice.
25. Using a font of choice type your name and resize it so it fits inside your tag. Use the same grad glow and a shadow of choice or just use
your favorite text effects.
26.Merge visible.Select all,selections float,selections defloat.
Now go to image and crop to selection to get rid of the canvas around your tag.
27.Save as a png and your done!

Supplies needed:
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact~Brushed Metal
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow
my zip file here it includes my template and the tubes I used.You may use any tube you want but please don't use if you don't have a license number.It also includes all my screen shots, I was having trouble posting them so i included them in the zip. I hope this doesn't cause anyone any trouble.
you will also need a font of choice I am using fashion victim
you can download it here

Ok Ready?

1.Open your font and minimize it. Open your supplies in psp. Open my template and delete my info layer.
2.Activate 1st circle layer. Duplicate it twice,rename them 1,2, and 3. Activate layer 1 and apply the brushed metal filter with the settings shown on ss1. Repeat this filter on the other 2 layers only hit the random seed button once each time. The color I used is 81802e.
3.Now activate layer 1 again and apply eye candy4000 gradient glow the settings i used are shown on ss2.  Repeat on the next 2 layers.
4.Activate layer 1 again and apply drop shadow with the settings shown on ss3.Repeat on the next 2 layers
5.Activate the 2nd circle layer. Go to selections and then select all then float then defloat. Flood fill it with your color of choice. I used 4040ff. Now duplicate it twice so you have three layers. Rename them 1,2,and 3 again. Activate layer 1 and go to adjust and add noise with the settings shown in ss4. On layer 2 change the setting to 97. And on the third layer change the setting to 94. Select none and add the asme grad glow and shadow as before.
6.Activate the 3rd circle layer.Go to selections,select all then float then defloat. Make your foreground your color of choice I used 5252ff And use whatever texture you would like. I used Crumpled tissue my settings are shown in ss5. Now fill your circle with the foreground color. then go to effects edge effects and enhance it once. Apply the grad glow and shadow as before.
7.Activate the center circle layer, the only thing i did on this layer was the grad glow and the drop shadow.
8.Activate the small rectangle. select all, float,defloat. Add a new layer and fill it with the color and texture you used before. Select none. Now go back to the small rectangle layer and add your grad glow and drop shadow as before. Merge these two layers.
9.Delete the top small rectangle layer and the top word layer.Merge the bottom small rectangle and word layers.Move them down just a bit.Refer to my finished tag if needed.
10. Activate the the large rectangle and flood fill it with a color of choice I used black.
11.Now activate the splotches, make your foreground black and your background a color of choice I used 7070ff. Now make your background color a gradient see my screen shot ss6. Add a new raster layer just above the splotches and flood fill it with your gradient. Now go back to your splotches layer and select all float defloat again and now invert the selection and go back to your new layer and hit delete on your keyboard.
now go back to the splotches layer and delete it.
12.Add a new layer, flood fill it white and move it to the bottom.
13.Activate your top layer and paste your tube as a new layer, Resize it by 85% once.Add the same drop shadow only this time put the shadow on a separate layer, ss7.
14.Now grab your deform tool and makeing sure the shadow layer is still activated, move the shadow over and down just a little bit. Now merge the tube and shadow layers.
15.Activate the small rectangle and paste your other two tubes as new layers. Resize them both by 85% twice. Position them as desired. Wen your happy with them merge them and apply the same shadow as before but put the shadow on the same layer. Grab your selection tool and make a selection see ss8. Make sure your new tube layer is active and hit delete on your keyboard.
16.Now its time to add © and your watermark.
17. Add your name in your choice of fonts, i ued fashion victim.
18. Now its time to animate.Arrange your duplicated layers in order: 1 1 2 2 3 3.make sure the small circle layers are on top. now merge 1 and 1 together, 2 and 2 together and 3 and 3 together.Now your layer pallette should look like my ss9.
19.Turn off (click the eye beside the layer )your name, and layers 2 and 3.make sure all other layers are active.copy merged and go to animation shop and paste as a new animation.
20. Go back to psp and close layer 1 and open layer 2 copy merged and go to animation shop and paste it after current frame.
21.Go back into psp and close layer 2 and open layer 3. Copy merged and take it to animation shop and paste it after current frame.
22.View animation and if your happy with it save it. Saving it without a name will allow you to add as many names to it later as you want.
23.To add names to it.Shift + D to duplicate it and close your original.
24.Now go back to psp and activate your name layer.Copy it and paste it in animation shop as a new animation.Copy it and then click propagate paste.
25.Go back to your tag and go to edit and select all frames now paste into selected frames.
26.view animation and save it.
